The European Panel Federation (EPF) is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, the “heart” of Europe, and has launched the European Low Emission Standard (E.LES). The federation called for the European low formaldehyde emission standard as a new market standard to respond to market demand and further upgrade the safety specifications of wood-based panels.
As an influential organization, the European Panel Federation has a membership from more than 20 EU countries and other regions, including many well-known suppliers in the industry and most of the wood-based panel companies. The new E-LE standard has become the most stringent industry standard in Europe and sets a new market trend.
In response to the market trend, Green River has launched European Low Emission Standard (E.LES) particleboard, which meets the most stringent emission standards in the European wood panel industry. The measurement method is based on European Standard EN 717-1 and the maximum permissible formaldehyde emission level is 0.065 ppm.
The formaldehyde emission standard of Green River E-LE European Standard Panels is more stringent than previous EU standards and the Chinese national standard. Home buyers can now furnish their living spaces with green and safe wood panel furniture for a healthy home environment.
