Chief Project Manager, Green River

Mr. Kosta from Europe has more than 18 years of experience in the wood panel industry and has been responsible for, or involved in the construction of, more than 20 panel board factories around the world.

His career has included time with Dieffenbacher and HMR in Germany, leading manufacturers of machinery for the wood panel industry, where he was responsible for major projects in Europe, China, Malaysia, Japan and several other countries.

His extensive experiences with leading European equipment manufacturers for the wood panel industry together with his successful completion of projects throughout the world have served to boost Green River to new heights.

He is now the leader of the team which constructed the third particleboard line for Green River, also located in southern Thailand. This will be the largest particleboard line in Asia and will propel Green River to the position of largest particleboard manufacturer in Asia.

Question I:

1) Please share with us the construction progress and plan of the third Green River particleboard plant.

2) What advanced equipment will the Third Green River plant use? How can this state-of-the-art equipment enhance Green River’s competitiveness?

Joining hands with Siempelkamp Group of Germany, Green River chose their latest continuous press system “Contiroll Generation 9” with a length of 50.4m. In addition, we also chose equipment for other critical steps in the manufacturing process from leading European manufacturers of machinery for the wood panel industry including Pallmann, CMC-Texpan, Steinemann and Anthon.

With the support of these powerful equipment, Green River will be able to produce quality particleboards that are more competitive to strengthen and consolidate its position as the leader of wood-based particleboard in Asia.

After the completion of the Third Green River Plant, what are your goals and expectations?
