Strong Screw Holding Strength

Green River particleboard is composed of rubber wood particles and is manufactured to achieve stronger screw holding strength. This is to ensure that the board is suitable for manufacturing wardrobes and cabinets.

The screws fixed in furniture do not fall off easily when the Green River boards are used.

Load Bearing Capacity

The rubber wood grows for about 25 years and their physical properties are stable.

Green River particleboard is manufactured to international specifications for physical properties, two important ones being modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE).

This is to ensure that the boards have the strong bearing for furniture manufacturing applications. Thus, the consumers don’t need to worry that the cabinet might be deformed, bended or snapped if heavy items are placed on the boards.

A key feature of Green River particleboard is that it is made from 100% rubberwood from sustainable plantation forests. The use of a single species of wood makes for a more stable manufacturing process which leads to more consistent board properties and color.
