Renewal Energy
Green River has adopted the most advanced technology and equipment, including the largest drum dryer in Asia provided by Büttner, a subsidiary of the German Siempelkamp Group, and the largest energy plant in Asia (95 megawatts). These systems are not only efficient but also environmentally friendly, helping to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions during the production process.
Büttner’s drying system can efficiently remove moisture from raw materials, ensuring the excellent quality of the produced plastic composite boards. Büttner’s energy system can convert biomass fuels, waste heat, and other sources into renewable energy, reducing energy waste and environmental pollution from waste. Green River continues to strengthen the technical transformation of its energy plant, which can reduce carbon emissions by more than 20,000 tons of CO₂ per year.
Furthermore, Green River converts diesel into bio-diesel, using new clean energy that is renewable, biodegradable, and non-toxic. This green energy can reduce carbon emissions by more than 150 tons of CO₂ per year.
Green River is leading the charge towards a more sustainable future by utilizing advanced Büttner technology and equipment to produce high-quality products while minimizing their environmental impact.
By using eco-friendly and energy-saving equipment, Green River is protecting natural resources and the ecological environment, while promoting sustainable development in the industry.
