Green River have entrusted the Siempelkamp Group for the entire plant planning and design, as well as providing core equipment. Siempelkamp is a German company with a history of 130 years, specializing in providing production equipment for the engineered wood industry and is one of the world’s top engineered wood equipment companies.
Adopting 100% fresh rubber wood from nearby plantations, the Green River plant is poised to lead in eco-friendly particleboard production, meeting the demands of a growing market with high-quality, sustainable boards.

Energy-saving, precise thickness control
Green River has seized the opportunity in Asia by being the first to introduce Siempelkamp’s latest ninth-generation continuous press, ContiRoll®, making it the leader among Asia’s particle board factories. This is the most advanced and longest continuous press in Asia (measuring up to 50.4 meters), equipped with the advanced Siempelkamp Press Controller SPC.
The press features energy-saving capabilities, precise thickness control, advanced drive technology, and the ability to precisely control the thickness of the boards through intelligent sensing technology and a complex pressure and position control system.
This innovative ninth-generation ContiRoll® technology enables Green River’s new factory to achieve outstanding material utilization, improve board tolerances, enhance stability, and optimize raw material consumption.

The ninth-generation continuous press inherits the advantages of the eighth-generation product. Through innovative pressure distribution plates and the design of an additional row of hydraulic cylinders, the pressure distribution during the production process is precise, resulting in boards that meet higher quality standards.
With high-performance components, the continuous press introduced by Green River can achieve a production speed of 2500 millimeters per second, truly increasing production capacity. The hydraulic system and measurement procedures of the continuous press ensure high-quality production while maintaining high productivity under precise, controllable, and professional conditions.
